Grains Free Bowl - Veg, Dal, Salad

Available during lunch and dinner hours

Each vegetarian bowl consists of: 

1) Fresh vegetable curry using local, seasonal produce when available, and individually ground spice blends 

2) Today's protein rich dal/ soup, mildly spiced.. 

3) One of our fresh salads with mustard lime dressing.

4)  Fruit, or vegetable chutney for balanced flavor and enhanced digestion and nutrient assimilation.
