Frozen Drumstick Sambar (16oz)

    A South Indian Superfood

    (Serves 2)

    Ingredients: Mung beans, yellow lentils, filtered water, tomatoes, moringa, potatoes, tamarind, homemade spice blend, coconut, coconut sugar, Himlayan salt.

    Directions: Add contents to a pan with ½ to 1cup of water. Slowly bring to a boil on medium low heat, then immediately cover and simmer on lowest flame for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, and let sit for 2 minutes before serving.
