Full Thali

  • Available during lunch and dinner hours

    Each complete Thali consists of: 

    1) salad of the day

    2) ***chapati (flat bread)

    3) vada, or pakora (chef's choice)

    4)  a fresh vegetable curry using local, seasonal produce when available, and individually ground spice blends 

    5) a whole grain dish (which may contain nuts)

    6) a protein dish of either properly spiced beans, dals (hulled, split beans or peas), or paneer (house made soft cheese cubes from local, fresh milk)

    7) a fruit, or vegetable chutney for balanced flavor and enhanced digestion and nutrient assimilation.
