Frozen Palak Paneer (16oz)

    (Serves 2)

    Ingredients: Homemade soft cheese in spinach, paneer (whole milk & lemon), coconut, tomato, onion, garlic, ginger, homemade spice blend, sunflower oil, Himalayan salt.

    Directions: Add contents to a pan with 1/2 cup of water. Cover and slowly bring to a boil on low heat so you don’t break the paneer, then simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, and let sit for 2 minutes before serving.
