Barley & Quinoa Masala

    Delicious, hearty No Rice whole grain.

    Ingredients: Quinoa, pearled barley, *roasted pistachios, dried cranberries, cinnamon, cardamom, Himalayan mineral salt.

    Directions: Add contents to a pan with 2 ½ cups of water, and 2 teaspoons of oil. Bring to a boil for one minute, then cover and simmer on lowest flame for 10 minutes. Remove from heat, fluff and let sit for 2 minutes before serving.
