Frozen Pumpkin Lentil Soup (16oz)

  • 16oz. (475 ml)

    (Serves 2)

    Ingredients: Butternut squash, onions, garlic, chickpeas, filtered water, plum tomatoes, coconut, homemade spice blend, green chili, Himalayan salt.

    Directions: Add contents to a pan with ½ to 1cup of water. Cover and bring to a boil on medium low heat, then simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, and let sit for 2 minutes before serving.
